What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
Renters must be 21 or older.
Exceptions may apply. A $300 Young Driver Fee and approval from Wheels on Demand are required for renters ages 21–24.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes, a 12-hour buffer is required between the end of one trip and the start of another.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! Discounts are automatically applied based on the length of your rental:
— 3 Days – 5% off
— 7 Days – 10% off
— 15 Days – 15% off
— 30 Days – 20% off
Is a security deposit required?
Yes:
— $200 standard deposit
— $300 for drivers ages 21–24
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Shortest Trip: 2 days
Longest Trip: 3 months
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
All applicable charges are calculated at booking. Sales tax is 8.3%.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Equinox & BMW: 250 miles per day
Van: 300 miles per day
What are your standard business hours?
We are open 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM MST.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?
Within 25 miles: $50 for rentals under one week
Within 25 miles: Free for rentals of one week or longer
Over 25 miles: Case-by-case approval and pricing
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
We offer 24-hour remote pick-up and drop-off.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Yes, custom deliveries are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, but only via remote arrangements with advanced notice.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Young Driver Fee (21–24): $300 with approval
Prepaid Gas: $55
Refueling Fee: $15 + fuel cost
Late Return Fee: $25 per day
Vehicle Retrieval Fee: $100
Do you offer additional equipment or services? Any related fees?
We currently do not offer additional equipment.
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Mileage overages are charged as follows:
$0.25 per mile
$0.35 per mile for high overages
What is the cost for an additional driver?
There is no additional cost, but all drivers must present a valid driver’s license.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 Absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Covering up smoke with fragrances won’t work—we will notice.
A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes, drivers are responsible for all tolls and tickets. Charges will be invoiced with proper documentation.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
We pride ourselves on delivering a perfectly clean vehicle every time.
Please return it in the same condition:
$35 cleaning fee for excessive bug removal
$150 for excessive dirt, stains, or trash
$200 fee for smoke odor removal
🐶 Please, no pets in the vehicle. We love animals, just not in our rentals.
Are there any charging guidelines for electric vehicles?
Yes. We ask that you:
Return the vehicle with 70%–80% charge
Keep the battery between 30%–80% while in use for optimal performance and battery health
Avoid letting the battery drop below 20% unless absolutely necessary
